It has been such a joy to weave with the Courageous Hearts members these last 9 months. I have learned a lot and am deeply grateful to each of you for saying yes, for showing up, and for offering yourselves vulnerably throughout the process.
WHAT. A. GIFT it’s been.
I’ve never felt more clear or certain that this path I chose 5 years ago, is the one I’m meant to be on. This work of tending to, witnessing, healing, celebrating, grieving, weaving with you, is what I am meant to do, I am certain.
The tides are upon me, shifting once again.
Encouraging me to become more potent, more focused, more patient in what I am growing.
After long consideration I am reshaping and simplifying my membership structure.
I get deeper into the process behind this choice in a newsletter scheduled to go out early next week but I wanted to also get down to business and deliver the gist…
My strong instincts continue to encourage me to shift away from an online world and drop more fully into my IRL world to grow as a teacher, facilitator and business.
Social platforms are draining, distracting, confusing, infuriating and overwhelming me.
I bet you can relate.
I find my focus is scattered, unsustained, and frantic as a result of trying to use them as my main marketing tools. As a mainline to build community. It was never supposed to be this way, was it?
There are other unseen forces at play, continuing to nudge me in a different direction as I reach towards the online space to “show up” and “make myself visible”.
So without over intellectualizing, I am choosing to trust in my instincts and my values and put my faith in another way ... I am feeling slow growth, emergent growth, organic growth as the way forward....as I turn towards my body with trust, I am going to be moving in a new direction with a new strategy.
That being said, it is not my intention to abandon the beautiful space that has been co-created by the members. I am however, letting the space change shape.

Which means you get access to two online classes a week (pending additional —maybe two—yoga classes after I hear from those who are interested), as well as a quarterly membership call to dive a little bit deeper. All for the price of a morning caffeine fix and sweet treat.

A bit more about what’s included….
Weekly classes 🧘🏼♀️
The observer or witness aspect of consciousness is distinct from ego. This is part of what we hone in our practice. Accessing our essence, our gifts, our inner knowing, becoming the authority in our own lives. Coming back into wholeness.
Tuesdays \ breath awareness meditation 9:00-9:30am PT
It might sound too good to be true but learning how to become aware of your breath might be the best thing you do for you health, ever. Developing breath awareness helps us learn how to get present in an ever increasing distracted world. Come train your mind to become less reactive and more responsive, less controlled by your fear, more able to get the most out of every moment. You’ll leave feeling less anxious, more grounded. It really is that simple.
Saturdays\ move + meditate (authentic movement) 8:30-9:25am PT
This class combines Authentic Movement, a moving meditation that came out of New York’s post modern dance movement in the 70s with somatic exercises, and strength training to help you get out of your head and back into your body. This class is a dance with the subconscious. Literally. Through movement, meditation, and reflective practice, you’ll build self-trust and deepen your intuition, you’ll leave feeling in touch with your power (no previous dance experience needed 😉 ).
Classes help you get stronger, well regulated in your nervous system, and help you learn how to listen to your own guts! Come as you are, leave feeling more spacious, more connected, more free. Remember what you are born to become, more whole, more alive, more you.
Quarterly Membership Calls 📞
These hour long calls are for Q&A’s, somatic coaching, storytelling and collective practice. These quarterly calls are designed to create a landing for us as a collective, to bear witness to what is rising and moving through, and to harvest reflections. They are here for us to deepen together as a community.
These will occur near the solstices and equinoxes! You’ll receive a zoom link and google cal invite for these after you register for membership.
