it’s been some time since I last wrote to you all, much has happened, much has changed, shifted, disintegrated! DIED, healed, emerged…and still it changes, as I’m sure it has and continues to for you too.
I’m studying karma and emptiness and Tibetan Buddhism and turning my mind inside out in a meditation teacher’s training I’ve been in since October. Keep an eye out for a future newsletter for a proper update but for now…

for ANYONE interested in meditating. You do not need to be well practiced or familiar, ya just need a desire to come practice, so tune in and come get freaky with me.
Note: we are limited in our ability to engage because it’s IG live but I shall be teaching this class with a ‘beginner mind’ in mind. Feel free to reach out after class with any questions if things come up for you.

Thank you all for being here, and sharing this practice with me. This meditation is an opportunity to practice cultivating loving kindness and compassion and practice giving it away to those who need it most, anyone who might benefit from a little extra love and tenderness right now. Including you ;)

You’ve got everything you need right there (points to your heart in your chest).
We ‘aint striving for perfection. We’re aiming for human.
Trust, and if it’s not quite there yet, keep practicing.
The proof is in the process.
